The type of cabinet as well as the speaker will have an effect on the sound. There are too many speaker/cabinet types to make any conclusion here or via email. This sealed back design helps prevent distortion and unwanted interference from the woofer. Excellent replacement for the round tweeters in Magnatone Amps.
