FAQ: Can I get a Unfinished cabinet with no hardware? We do not sell incomplete or unfinished cabinets. We use "generic" hardware for our cabinets, unless you specify or purchase other hardware. We can make you a cabinet without the "generic" hardware, however the savings are small, only $5.00 to $10.00 depending on the cabinet model.... How long will it take to build my cabinet? Our cabinet shop operates on a monthly cycle. We start building new cabinets the 1st day of every month. By the 30th of the month they are completed and ready to ship. If you order a cabinet now, we will start your cabinet the following 1st day of the month and ship it after the 30th. Our deadline for ordering cabinets is HERE.... Why do you need my chassis dimensions? Aren't the chassis' all the same? No, Not all chassis' from the same model are the same dimensions. Similar year/models can vary up to a 1/4-inch.... What is the difference between Pine, Laminated Pine, and Baltic Birch? Pine is softer and weighs less than Baltic Birch. The sides of most open-back, Fender type, cabinets are made from 3/4-in thick Pine board. We use a Laminated Pine board, for these type of cabinets, where the side depth is more than 12-inches. Most closed-back, Marshall type, cabinets are made from 11-ply, 5/8-in Baltic Birch.... Can you make the Fender Showman cabinet with the famous "Tone-Ring"? Yes, We can build the Showman 15 or Showman 12 cabinet with a "Tone-Ring" just like the ones Fender used in the 1960's.... What is the Marshall TV? The TV stands for Tall Vintage. These Marshall 4 x12 cabinets were made 3-inches taller than normal and project MORE BASS response, due to the increased internal cabinet volume....

REPLACEMENT CABINETS

All our replacement cabinets are designed and Hand-built to look like the Originals. The top, bottom and sides are made of #2 or better Solid Pine or 11 and 13-ply Baltic Birch Plywood and AC grade Plywood for the front and back panels, depending on the original designs. Close attention is taken to replicate all details i.e Butt-joints and Finger-joints, including the cutting, triming of the Tolex covering, right down to the paper tube-chart on the inside. These cabinets come in any selection of Tolex or vintage cloth tweed, with any grill cloth. They are complete with speaker mounting studs and nuts, metal corners, metal glides, and either a strap handle or a vintage leather handle depending on the original designs. Tilt Legs and Fender Logos are extra.  Please Specify the Chassis Dimensions, Year, Make and Model of Your Amp when Emailing for a Discount.
