| Ed Vedock sent this photo of the "Athene" Model 435 Bass amplifier. I don't yet have a schematic for this model. If anyone has one, please Email me. Here's what we know: It has two 12DW7/7247 preamp tubes, two 6L6GC power tubes, and a 5AR4 rectifier. Four 10-inch Oxford # 10K5-3 speakers (date code: 465-226), made in Torrance, Calif., by Estey
Speaker cabinet houses 4 extended range custom designed 10 inch woofers ~ Amplifier section employs 2 separate channels with 2 inputs (high and low gain) -- 2 controls for volume and 2 for tone ~ 1 hum phase switch -- 1 standby switch -- 1 AC line switch ~ 2 jewel pilot lights ~ The 2 units can be separated with a 25 foot connecting cord ~ Dimensions for speaker cabinet: 25 inches long x 25 7/8 inches high x 11 inches wide ~ Amplifier case 25 inches long, 9 1/2 inches wide, x 4 1/2 inches high ~ weight 69 lbs.
